Our Crackers

Unbothered crackers are made of simple, whole ingredients. Flour, water, salt, ground flax and olive oil are the only ingredients that make up our magically fermented crackers. Our dough goes through a 24 hour minimum fermentation to naturally leaven the dough, so we do not use commercial yeast in our products. This is what gives our crackers that tangy, delicious taste and the healthy probiotics that improve digestion.
